To start syncing iCloud Calendar with Outlook, you'll need iCloud Control Panel for Windows from Apple, if you don't have it already. Check to see if your Windows PC meets the minimum requirements for the software. Also, you'll need an Apple account so you can sign into iCloud for Windows to do the iCloud Calendar Outlook setup.

These steps will work to add iCloud Calendar to Outlook 2013, Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2016.

Follow these steps to sync iCloud Calendar with Outlook

  • Step 1: Install iCloud for Windows.
  • Step 2: Enter your Apple ID to sign into iCloud.
  • Step 3: Select features you want to sync across your devices.

Download iCloud for Windows. If it doesn't install automatically, locate the downloaded file and double-click it to install.

Your computer will download an ICS file to your default download location. You have a backup copy of your calendar. It can also be imported into many calendar apps that support the ICS format. You'll need to change the file name so it has an .ics extension as in calendar.ics.

  1. Stop sharing the calendar by deselecting box in Step 4.

You can also use these steps to export iCloud Calendar to Outlook as Outlook will be able to import the .ics file.

If you don't have iCloud Account on your iOS device, do the following steps.

  1. Select Settings > iCloud.
